Lisa is an alumni of Gaffney High. Taught Colorguard at Gaffney High for 7 years where the guard earned numerous promotions, and first place rankings. She started the Gaffney program with 12 performers her first year and finished up with 50 in the guard program and 3 winter ensembles.  Under her direction Gaffney High Varsity Winterguard competed in their multiple WGI regionals.

 

She has been blessed to have had the opportunity to be a  choreographer/tech with Dorman High, Woodmont High, North Lincoln High, and Riverside High School. In her experience, she has  previously taught at Gardner- Webb University, North Greenville University, and Limestone University. While at Limestone she taught the inaugural fall season 2014 and started the Winterguard program for the years 2014 and 2015 where they competed in CWEA circuit and WGI. 

 

As a performer she has been a cast member with Clemson Winterguard an Independent A class in 2011-2014, and competed Independent World with Etude Winterguard for 2016 where she was part of the programs history with Etude making semi-finals in world class at World Championships in Dayton, Ohio.

 

Lisa resides in Lexington, SC with her husband Parker Denson. They have two beautiful children together named Nathan and Carrianne along with their fur baby.
